Hey there, my name is Matilda! I am currently on a gap year - between school and university. I will study ecology & geography in September. I am very interested to learn about sustainable living, self-sufficiency and life in connection with nature! I am an outgoing yet calm person with a positive attitude towards life. I like to move my body and be outdoors.

I like to get my hands dirty and work outside! I like to create things and see projects evolve. I have worked as a babysitter and get along well with children. I am an adaptive person and eager to learn what you need from me. Most important to me is to be part of a team and contribute together to something bigger and also to (learn how to) protect our planet while doing so!

- protection of sea turtles in montezuma, cr (5 weeks)

I enjoyed working (taking out weeds, feeding the animals, building compost,…) at the gerania farm for two weeks.

Matilda is a hard working young women. She always did the jobs with great care and was very accurate. And she showed a lot of initiatif. We loved the talks with Matilda. She is very interested in the things going on in the world. Especially about sustainability.
