Hola!
My name is Mariel, I'm 25 years old. I was born in the beautiful caribean, but have spent most of my adult life in the mountains.
A little bit about me... I'm someone who loves nature, I work in the natural resources sector, forestry, ecosystem management, etc. I love to spend my time outdoors, I like looking at trees, I love being by the ocean, I love hiking mountains, I like bird watching or looking at funky fungi.
I'm currently taking a break from work and spending the next months travelling.
I'm eager to travel to new countries, learn about the culture and also looking at landscapes... but also on the hunt for the greatest coffee!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have skills working outdoors. for 3 years. Hiking, working in steep terrain, I know how to collect forest data, identifying tree, wildflower species, timber cruising, how to do stream assessments. I have done a season of treeplanting, so I can handle physical work.
I also have skills working in customer service, I worked at a cafe making drinks and food, I know how to greet costumers and helping them with their needs.
I know how to work in a garden, harvest, take care of crops, and plant them.
I'm fluent in English and Spanish.
