Hey!

I'm Mara and I am 20 years old. I grew up in Germany and France and did a Work&Travel year in Canada from 2022-2023. This summer, I moved to Vienna and began my studies in anthropology.
I am very much interested in various things: I love to travel, music, art, and writing.
There's so much! I enjoy cooking, going for a swim, hiking, gardening, movie nights...
Anyway, I am always open to new adventures and new experiences and I can't wait to see what 2024 will bring.

I am really interested in languages and I was very lucky to have the possibility of learning three different languages at school. I actually went to a german-french school and didn't only meet, but befriended a lot of french people too. I find it rather astonishing, how people are able to communicate in so many different ways, and maybe, that is why I love learning languages.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a quick and motivated learner. So, whenever someone teaches me something new, I try my best to learn from it and do my best to implement it myself exactly as I learned it.

I also have experience in taking care of children (I babysit frequently).
Furthermore, I worked for a while in a cafe and learned quite a lot from this job.

I also have already gained some experience working in the garden and helping my family. I learned a lot, for example about different types of plants, all the vegetables or the fruits.
Last but not least: Since my father is a computer specialist who taught me a thing or two, I would say that I am rather capable of working with a laptop.

I would say that I am a creative person.
I love music, especially Jazz (and I myself play the violin and some piano/ukulele).In my free time, I enjoy drawing and painting. I also love traveling and enjoying nature.
In general, I really like learning about many different things.

In my free time, I also enjoy reading a book, going swimming, or going for a bike ride with my friends, playing poker and chess.
Oh, and I enjoy cooking; a lot!


Finally, I am very interested in photography and cinematography!
