I am a Sikh from Canada who cooks by profession and writes songs and screenplays to make sense of it all. I bring intimate familiarity with North Indian, Italian, Sichuan Chinese, American, as well as primitive cookery. I have experience feeding hundreds of people at a time, with a variety of different diets. Besides the gastronomical and along with the philosophical, I can share insight into physical culture, revolutionary theory, and the fraudulent financial system which seeks to enslave us all.

I have passion for art, for sharing, for dharma; for poetry, for song, for history, for culture; for aesthetic, for romance, for revolution! ---- and for all else that makes life worth living.

Most importantly: I can listen and learn.

I speak English, Gurmukhi, Panjabi, Hindi, Urdu... mi Español no bueno.
