Hello!
I am 20 years old and even though I grew up in a small village immersed in the Italian Alps, I graduated from an international school in Denmark.
I'm a curious young man, always looking for new adventures. My goal in life is to explore the vast and magnificent planet we live on as well as explore our inner selves and nature as human beings and the societies we live in.
I have loads of interests such as music and art, rock climbing, reading, writing poems and short stories, the natural world, indigenous tribes and ways of living, photography, philosophy and sustainable living.
Now that I have finished school I am planning to travel through South America with the goal of challenging myself in a new environment as well as discovering new cultures and ways of living such as the ones of the Indigenous tribes of the Amazon and the Gauchos in Patagonia. Furtheremore, I want to learn as many possible skills needed to live in close contact with the natural world in a sustainable, community based and alternative way, and I think that volunteering would allow me to combine these two goals while doing what I love the most: travelling.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have many interests and in the years I have been living on my own in Denmark I have acquired lots of different skills. There, while I was studying, I had many different jobs such as delivering newspapers, waitressing, washing the dishes in the kitchen of a hotel, being a barman as well as working at a food stand at music festivals. Before moving to Denmark I also worked as an apple picker and helped my family with tasks characteristic of the countryside life I was living such as gardening, grape harvesting and maintenance work.
I have experience of volunteering in four different farms where I have learned animal care and handling ( cows, pigs, sheep, horses, chickens) as well as gardening and general mantainance. I also had the opportunity to practice and learn horse taming.
I also have some experience in processing of milk and butchering.
I can play the saxophone at a beginner's level.
Recently I have been traveling hitchhiking in Argentina and during this amazing experience I have learned the basics of Spanish so now I am able to communicate in this language and I am looking for an opportunity to perfect it.
In the past two years abroad I have acquired good communication skills with people from all over the world and I have learned to adapt to every circumstance and work environment, so I am ready to work hard and give everything I have if that is what I am asked for!
Last but not least I am a friendly person that loves to meet new people and share stories and experiences and have a good time.
