Hey, I’m Olivia :)
I am a 23 year old Australian and am currently travelling through Chile. During my travels I am excited to immerse myself in the language, culture, and daily life of the people I meet along the way.
One of my goals during this journey is to improve my Spanish and connect more deeply with the local culture. Volunteering through Workaway is a perfect opportunity for me to do this, and I’m keen to help out however I can. I am happy to assist with any tasks including cooking and cleaning, childcare, language exchange or more physical tasks outside.
I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, especially hiking, rock climbing, slacklining, and going to the beach. During the winter in Chile, I would love to learn how to surf!
Back home, I worked as a data analyst for four years, so I have a detail-oriented mindset and a love for numbers!
I’m currently learning Spanish (beginner level) and would love to practice and learn more throughout the work away.

Tengo 23 años, soy australiana y actualmente estoy viajando por Chile. Durante mi viaje, estoy muy emocionada de poder sumergirme en el idioma, la cultura y la vida cotidiana de las personas que conozco en el camino.
Uno de mis objetivos en esta aventura es mejorar mi español y conectarme más profundamente con la cultura local. Hacer voluntariado a través de Workaway es una excelente oportunidad para lograrlo, y estoy muy motivada para ayudar en lo que sea necesario.
Estoy feliz de colaborar con cualquier tipo de tarea, como cocinar y limpiar, cuidar niños, intercambio de idiomas o incluso trabajos físicos al aire libre.
Me encanta mantenerme activa y pasar tiempo al aire libre, especialmente haciendo senderismo, escalada, slackline y yendo a la playa. Durante el invierno en Chile, me encantaría aprender a surfear!
En mi país, trabajé durante cuatro años como analista de datos, así que tengo una mentalidad orientada a los detalles y me encantan los números.
Actualmente estoy aprendiendo español (nivel principiante) y me encantaría practicar y seguir aprendiendo durante mi experiencia en Workaway.
