Description

I'm Lex, I'm a handyman. I left my post working as a caretaker for an estate I had managed for the past few years, so I could get back to traveling. I do plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, landscaping, painting, web design, seo and IT.

In my off time, I tend to keep to myself going for walks, playing guitar, reading or drawing.

A few examples of work I've done:

Carpentry:
- Rebuilding rotted load-bearing walls
- Building Gates / Fences for gardens and roadside
- Drywall renovations
- Repairing rotted windowsills / siding / storm doors
- Building Encasements for Microwave / Shelving / Tables
- General Handyman repairs (Windows glazing, replacing door handles, fixing wobbly steps, etc.)

Painting:
- Repainted numerous old houses / barns
- Interiors / Finishing Trim / Kitchen Remodels, etc.

Plumbing:
- Installing new water lines / cutting replacing copper piping
- Diagnosing problematic furnaces, boilers, water heaters
- Fixing and replacing water heaters
- Emergency repairs (cracked drains, broken sinks, clogged wells and pipes, frozen filters, faulty sewage ejector pumps)

Electrical:
- Replacing outlets / lighting fixtures
- Running new 20 amp circuits
- Installing 200' of ground-lights to indoor and outdoor switches (3-way switch)

Landscaping
- Installing 400 ft of partially underground pest proof fence
- Building Handrail using underground cement-tubes, tree limbs, and wood posts
- Yard maintenance (mowing, weedwacking, weeding, chopping wood, etc.)
- Transplanting bushes / flowerbeds

Computers
- Software / Hardware Repair and Maintenance (IT)
- Web Design / Development (Specialty in Webflow)
- SEO (Special focus on local seo)
