Description

Hello! My name is Lena and I’m 22 years old. I live in Germany (Bielefeld) and already did Workaway in France, Spain and Ireland a few years ago. Since then I’ve been missing it. The connection to other cultures, the locals, finding friends from all over the world.

I'm currently studying Primary Education with a focus on English and for my studies it is obligatory to spend 3 months abroad. Because I'm a huge fan of the whole concept of Workaway, I thought it would be a great idea to bring my account back to life ! :)
I’m an open-minded, creative, empathic person and in my free time I really like gardening, doing yoga, dancing, cuddling my two cats or just enjoying a good book.

In 2027 I want to go abroad for 3 months and would be very happy to find a place to stay through Workaway. I’m open for a lot of things: Aupair, schools, farmwork, animals, school, gardening, creative activities, families, etc.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’m happy to help with everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning, but I also enjoy being creative and spending time outdoors and in nature. I’m open to learning new things, trying out new tasks and helping wherever I’m needed. Most importantly, I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty! :)

I grew up with dogs, cats and rabbits, so I’m very comfortable around animals. I currently have two cats of my own.

I’m also a very family-oriented person and often babysit my nieces and nephews, so I’m used to spending time with children and taking responsibility for them.

Through my studies, I also have gained theoretical knowledge regarding working with children and was also able to gather some practical experience in primary schools.

I’m reliable and hard-working, but I also like having fun while working. I’m happy to work independently as well as in a team, and I’m always open to learning new things and helping wherever I’m needed.
