Hello,
My name is Leila,
I’ve been traveling for the past few years through different parts of the world, and now I return to India, this beautiful land as my spirit and soul just feel at home here. And yet I still have so much to explore. My current projects grow out of my connection with the feminine, creativity, and transformation. And so I work as a psycho-spiritual doula, writer, poet, and artist, supporting people through life’s turning points.
I’ve had wonderful Workaway experiences and value the balance of giving and receiving that they create. I enjoy contributing through meaningful, grounded tasks such as assisting in gardens and making spaces, supporting creative or community projects, or helping with hospitality. I approach each place with sincerity and presence, and I look for hosts who value clear communication, mutual respect, and a harmonious atmosphere.
Before beginning this chapter of travel, I lived and worked in London for many years in the creative industries as a graphic designer and filmmaker. My projects ranged from festival site art design to opening hotels and restaurants, social media photography, and a variety of collaborative design work. These experiences have given me skills I’m happy to share in the right setting, particularly in creative or cultural projects.
I enjoy cultural exchange and shared moments of creativity, conversation, storytelling, music, art, and food. At the same time, I also appreciate having my own quiet space for writing, reading, and personal practice. I love to be in nature and connect with herbal traditions, and with animals.
Languages: fluent English, conversational Spanish and French.

- Project management: strategy, production and making things happen !
- Graphic design: I design flyers, posters, booklets; presentations, pitches, hotel collateral, restaurant menus, restaurant collateral, digital marketing campaigns - you name it.
- Web design: Design and build customised squarespace websites that are fully responsive.
- Content creation for social media.
- Photography and filmmaking.
- English writing for marketing, websites, blogs.
- Mural painting and other art projects, such as seating or stage design.
- Teaching English and leading conversation workshops with both children and adults.
- Restaurant & Cafe management, using eZee software.

I’m a dedicated and hardworking person, genuinely invested in giving my best to any project I’m part of. I’m easygoing and enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. Kindness and politeness are important values wherever I go. I enjoy conversations and hearing about people's life journeys if they wish to share.
I enjoy explorations in astrology, psychology, spiritual paths, dharma talks... but I don't push these conversations onto people. I like to explore health and natural remedies, cooking, and connecting with animals. A lover of tea, I appreciate the simple rituals that make life rich.
I’m also eager to expand my skills and knowledge in areas like permaculture, environmentalism, and sustainable living practices. Learning about off-grid living, building, and self-sufficiency is something I’m passionate about as I explore ways to live more harmoniously with the Earth. I'd love to learn about broadcasting, podacsting and radio.
