Hi :) my name is Lea (25) and I live in in the middle of Germany
At the moment I am writing my master thesis in psychology and on my way to become a psychotherapist.
I love good food (especially salads with fresh vegetables, risotto, ramen or summer rolls), swimming, dancing, laughing and being creative. In my free time, I like to disappear into books or movies or into nature around my beautiful hometown Jena. I can quickly become interested and enthusiastic about almost anything :) .
With Workaway, I want to get to know other realities of life than my own, be out in the fresh air a lot and meet lovely people.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
With my psychology studies and interest in people and lifestyles, it is easy for me to get in touch with people and I also gained experience in psychological counselling in my voluntary work. I really like interacting with children, which is why I worked as a babysitter in my teen years or like to spend time with my 13 years younger cousins. I help my granny and mother with gardening tasks from time to time, but I would like to learn more about that! I also enjoy working with wood, oiling or varnishing, and I have already completed small garden projects with friends or my parents in the past. Even though I don't have a lot of manual skills yet, I am motivated to learn new things.
I deeply cherish my first workaway experience 2023 in Sweden where I tried and learned so many new things helping around the house and in the garden!
