Description
I have had two great Workaway experiences with my friend in Bordeaux and Naples, Italy! We stayed for two weeks and traveled on the weekends but wanted to learn about winemaking and helped cook for the group. I am outgoing, relaxed, and hard-working! I'm also self-sufficient and ready to learn. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I live in Chicago and work as a pastry cook and in restaurant marketing. I spent three months working at a winery in Paso Robles, CA and am always learning about wine. I tested temperature, Brix, samples, and did punch downs, pump overs, bottling, labeling, racking, etc.

I have a marketing degree and Spanish minor from St. Louis University and spent two years doing marketing and public relations for local chefs and beverage directors at a hospitality firm. I wrote for Feast Magazine and Alive Magazine for two years. I also have social media experience, worked as a barista for three years, and am a PreSomm wine class graduate.
