Hello, nice to meet you! 🌞 My name is Julie and I‘m 22 years old. Since I was born, I lived in a lovely small town in Germany, where I enjoyed my time swimming in the nearest lake, spending time with lovely souls and continuing school.

After my graduation, I started to work at different jobs to earn and save money to fulfill my dream of traveling the world, which I‘ve been able to do happily for nine months now. I‘m currently spending my time in Costa Rica to experience new cultures and to develop myself interculturally.

Being in nature, doing art and spending my time with people that you can learn from each other-
These are the things that make me truly happy. I really love to draw, do handcrafting and especially trying out new things.

After a few months of traveling as a backpacker, I am ready for a a new challenge, that will give me new experiences in a field which can make a wonderful impact.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I've been working and traveling since graduating from High School and have already been able to grow personally and interculturally.

In the last few months I have visited Sri Lanka, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Nepal, Indonesia, Japan and Nicaragua, where I spent a lot of time with the locals, including in a Buddhist monastery, while I got to know the different customs, dishes and the flora and fauna of the respective countries.

I love to express myself artistically. It doesn't matter whether I draw, take photos, write poems or make jewelry, the main thing is to be creative.

German is my native language, I speak English fluently and basics of Spanish and Slovak. I always appreciate learning new languages and teaching someone what I know.

In 2019 I was able to gain experience in a primary school and teach different subjects to children aged 5 to 10 years. During this time I noticed that dealing with children is not only easy for me but also a great pleasure, because I appreciate their energy and willingness to learn something new. This year I stayed in a Secondary school in Nepal, where I was able to teach the students mainly the English and German language, including being their school photographer for two months.

My friends describe me as a peaceful, reliable and empathetic person who is always willing to help other people.

I'm always happy to integrate into new cultures and learn something new in the process.
