I'm a hiker, runner, goofball guy that has spent my career as a structural engineer and it's time for a break! I love building relationships with people, lending a helping hand, working both my my mind and body, and appreciating nature in all its forms.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Primarily, I am very knowledgeable on residential construction and assemblies, and can be a huge help with the planning stage of a project. I'm also a Certified Passive House Designer, and can help bring your project up to the next level! I've interacted with clients, wrote invoices, and done site investigations of deterioration and failures throughout a variety of structure types.

I have a strong interest in learning to actually build structures as well, and I want to grow those skills.

I am very outgoing and sociable, and love providing high-quality customer service. I also enjoy optimizing systems and developing ways to make work more efficient!

Primarily, I love to learn and will pick up new skills quickly to make sure we are both getting great value out of our workaway!

I'm a huge hiker and camper, having done multi-day hikes in Ontario, Newfoundland and France, and I did an 850 km hike across the Spanish Pyrenees!

I love video games and board games, live music, and don't mind a fun night out with some drinks!

I also love to exercise, including running, hiking, weightlifting, ultimate frisbee and a variety of other sports, and I have most recently started doing orienteering races!
