  • Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I finished my studies in August 2016 and worked in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA) as Event Manager. I planned and organized there an outdoor event with 750,000 vistitors. I was not only doing strategic planning but also operational work. One of the photo shows me with a friend providing electricity for the tents.
Personally, I think I am a quick learner and am also able to do physical, “men” jobs.

I’ve already gained experience in farmwork: In 2012-2013 I’ve been in Australia (in total 8 months) and worked with several farms. I did different kind of jobs like fruit picking, tractor driving. animal feeding, etc.
If I list all my farm jobs in Australia, it would be:
    – as a picker on a grape orchard, pepper, peach tree and orange orchard
    – on a stonefruit farm and helped there with irrigation, drove tractors and helped packaging stonefruits
    – helped on a cattle ranch with building fence, feeding etc.

Recently (begin of January 2017) I was 3 weeks on a farm in California, USA. They were a non profit organization that utilizes organic gardens, rescued animals and beautiful 65 acres for education of local schools, so that children can learn where their food comes from. My tasks were to build a natural playground for the children, (wood stems and wooden kitchen) and taking care about the animals - some photos show me working on those projects.

  • Autres infos...

Since I finalized my studies, I am traveling in North America and see what comes along. I don't make too many plans ahead of time to be flexible for opportunities, that show up spontaneously. By March I will be in Vancouver ( I have a work and holiday visa) and stay there for couple of weeks. No further plans made yet. Again: I am flexible and don't have any obligations.

I am basically open for any kind of work. Besides my educational background in economics, which helps supporting businesses, I am also enjoying myself with more practical jobs like building things.
What really motivates me are opportunities to learn, grow, contribute, and be inspired.
