Description
Currently solo travelling in Latin America after living and working in Colombia for 9 months.
I've travelled around Asia visiting places such as Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Bali and Vietnam. I spent a month exploring India and went scuba diving in the Andaman Islands!
I have a passion for experiencing new cultures and cuisines, and often seek out homestays instead of hotels for a more authentic and immersive experience of a place! I also enjoy solo travelling and meeting new people along the way!

I've worked in primary and a secondary school supporting children in their learning, both on a 1-1 basis and in larger groups. I also have experience with proofreading. I have babysat for younger family members and enjoy looking after children.

I have studied Spanish both at secondary school and at university. I have an A grade GCSE in Spanish and obtained a 2:1 in the Spanish Institution Wide Language Programme (IWLP) course I took alongside my English Langauge and Linguistics degree. I have spent approximately 7 months living and working in Spain and I lived in Colombia working as an English teacher at a school for 9 months in 2023. I have a Trinity College London CertTESOL qualification and a TEFL qualification to teach English to speakers of other languages.
