Hello!
We’re Maisie and Hannah, from Northampton and Oxford in England. We met in May 2023 in Kampot, Cambodia, and have been traveling together ever since!
Our journey has been a mix of traveling, saving, and then traveling again. We’ve spent time immersing ourselves in different cultures, and we absolutely love learning from them and sharing our own culture too.
We’re both very friendly, outgoing, and love meeting new people. Once we commit to something, we’re fully dedicated to seeing it through to the end.
Currently, we’re about to embark on our next trip, starting in Mexico and working our way through Central America and then South America. We don’t have set plans for where we’ll go or how long we’ll stay—we’re happy to go with the flow and embrace whatever comes our way!

I (Hannah) am a qualified English as a second language teacher and I am very interested in continuing my English teaching career. We are both very passionate about immersing ourselves in different cultures, we have always wanted to be able to speak more than one language!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Hannah- I have a CertTesol qualification which I completed in 2021, I have since taught English to children of all ages in Spain, Thailand and England. Getting this qualification was one of the best things I have ever done, teaching has become something I’m hugely passionate about and I love to share this passion with people.
During my past teaching experience I had responsibility for planning lessons and teaching these lessons to children of all ages and abilities.
I used computers, interactive whiteboards and other technology for this so I'd say I am confident with technology.
I do like to cook and I’ll give it a good go, but I’m no expert in the kitchen!
I absolutely love animals and I feel very relaxed around them. I have previously volunteered at a cat rescue centre and I loved caring for these vulnerable cats and helping build their strength up to eventually be rehomed.
I have some experience with basic D.I.Y, I can paint a wall and drill screws into things! I'm happy to try anything and help with anything that needs doing though- I'll do my best!
Maisie - I have helped with building and painting houses and I am confident when getting involved with DIY projects. I thrive in creative environments. I enjoy learning new skills, and being self taught guitarist, I enjoy sharing what knowledge I have with others. My degree in music production has led me to work for music festivals and onstage with bands. The passion I have for the planet and animals means I do my best to find sustainable ways of living and eating. My family and friends are also very important to me, I love making new connections and learning from other peoples life experiences.
