Hi, I'm Giulia. I am a 23-year-old medical student with a strong passion for healthcare and helping others. I’m currently volunteering with the Red Cross, where I have the opportunity to support people in need—something that truly fulfills me. Alongside my studies, I’ve been working as a babysitter for the past two years, taking care of many children and gaining valuable experience in responsibility and empathy.

Reading is one of my favorite pastimes, and I enjoy spending time immersed in books whenever I can. While medicine is my greatest interest, I’m a curious and open-minded person, always eager to explore new fields and experiences. I’m also a vegetarian, and I care deeply about living in a way that aligns with my values.

I’m currently studying German and would love to spend the summer in Germany or Austria to improve my language skills and experience life in a different culture. And finally, I share my home with my beloved all-black cat named Matisse.

I’m very interested in learning languages, especially German. I started studying it around six months ago because I would love to specialize in medicine in a German-speaking country—Germany, Austria, or Switzerland—after completing my medical studies. Right now, I’m still at a beginner level, but I’m motivated to improve and fully commit to becoming fluent. For me, learning a new language isn’t just about communication—it’s a way to open new doors, connect with different cultures, and grow both personally and professionally.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’m a 20-year-old Sicilian girl, born and raised by the sea. Even though I love swimming, I feel more connected to the calmness of the mountains and the coast. I’m a very dedicated and focused person, especially when it comes to studying and learning new things. I’m a quick learner and always open to picking up new skills—what I don’t know, I’m eager to understand.

I’m very skilled with hands-on activities, whether it’s crafting, gardening, or taking care of a vegetable patch. I enjoy working with plants and spending time outdoors. For the past two years, I’ve also worked as a babysitter, caring for children from as young as six months to around ten years old. This experience has taught me a lot about responsibility, creativity, and patience.

I also have a deep love for animals. I currently take care of a cat in my apartment, but I’d be more than happy to care for other animals as well. I grew up surrounded by pets—turtles, rabbits, fish, dogs—you name it. Being around animals has always been a natural part of my life, and I enjoy building trust with them and making sure they feel safe and loved.
