Hii! My name is Flip, I am 26 years old and really excited to get out there and go on an adventure. I am doing a Master in Humanities at the moment and am working at a social neighbourhood network as a social coordinator. I am going to do an internship within disability care next year.

My passions are bouldering, dancing, reading books, woodworking, being outside in nature and enjoying good time with my roommates and friends. I would describe myself as thoughtful, playful, creative, and good at listening.

I have done a couple of workaways and all of them have been awesome experiences which I will always remember and look fondly back upon. I bring fresh energy to every Workaway host, I know my way around a kitchen, can help with anything physical, have done some work in gardening (but would need a quick explanation) and am a quick learner. I have also worked on making my own camping van a few years ago, so I have done some creative work with that.

My real passion is building communities and I do this for work as well. I really enjoy the process of working with volunteers or active neighbors wanting to contribute to a greater cause. There is something really fulfilling to seeing a community of people grow and new friendships created.

Refreshing - Flip is someone who gets an overview pretty fast. He can see what's needed and does it. He is very social and likes to interact. The tasks I gave him where easily understood and often physically challenging. But he never gave up! He is a great cook and he even offered he's Help in his free time.
