Description

Born and raised in a small city near Milan (Italy), I do enjoy living in my hometown but I have always wanted and done my best to travel around the world and get in touch with cultures, people and places.

While completing my degree in Mathematics between Milan and Leiden (The Netherlands), I started working for a software company that gave me the possibility to spend six months in California as part of a training program.
I worked in that same company for six years but I gradually came to the realization that my happiness was somewhere else.

I said good-bye to my lovely colleagues and resigned in January 2024 and the adventure that was started back then is still ongoing and full of plot twists and surprises (and sometimes also some anxiety to be honest 😊).

I used to study Japanese as a hobby but I have then decided to turn it into a possible career development; therefore I am currently scraping out a living working in a pub and a restaurant while using my free time to study!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a good relationship with computers and software thanks to my previous job.
Thanks to my two new ones, I have being learning how to waitress, pour beer and make cocktails.
Regardless of the workplace, my roles have always been customer-facing so let's say I can behave 😊

Even without any specific skills neither professional training taken, I always do my best to solve and take care by myself of things around the house (small electronics and plumbing issues, basic gardening, furniture assembling, and so on).
