Description
Hello!! My name is Eleftheria, I'm from Greece and currently living on the beautiful island of Kos. I love nature, adventure, and learning new things. I've been vegan since 2017 and really enjoy spending time in the kitchen trying out plant-based recipes. I'm also working on getting my vegan chef certificate soon!!
I have been doing CrossFit for the past few years and I love moving, feeling strong, and staying healthy.
I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and being part of projects that have good energy and purpose. I’m happy to help however I can :)

I have a wide range of skills and experiences that I’m happy to contribute:
Cooking: I specialize in vegan cooking and love creating healthy plant based meals.
Physical work: I’m strong and experienced with lifting heavy objects thanks to CrossFit, and I once helped build a rock wall.
Permaculture: I completed a 2 week permaculture design course in Tinos, Greece, in 2023, and I want to put my knowledge into practice. Nature is my home and I am happy to help with tasks like gardening, planting, and designing sustainble or artistic projects.
Lab Technician: I worked in a hospital microbiology lab for over three years, so I am good in attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Photos/Videos: I like taking photos and videos and can help with content for social media or simple projects. I’m not a professional, but I have a good eye and enjoy the creative process.
Adaptability: My travel experiences have helped me become adaptable and quick to adjust to new environments.
