Hi, I'm Elena, 21 years old, and currently studying Psychology. I would describe myself as an open-minded, sociable, and helpful person who enjoys being around others and connecting with people.

In my free time, I love being creative. I enjoy painting and have a passion for languages, whether it's reading, writing, or speaking. I speak German, English, and Spanish fluently, and I'm always happy to improve my language skills and keep practicing them.

What motivates me most is meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and working together. I enjoy learning from others, sharing experiences, and contributing wherever I can. I also love doing yoga, and I'm happiest with my suitcase packed and I'm on my way to a new adventure.

Languages have always been one of my greatest passions. I love how they connect people and open the door to new cultures, perspectives, and friendships. Since I speak German, English, and Spanish fluently, I enjoy every opportunity to practice them and continue learning. I would also love to improve my French skills or dive into a completetly new language! I also enjoy helping others learn languages. I find it rewarding to support people as they gain confidence and discover the joy of communicating in a new language. For me, language learning is not just about grammar and vocabulary—it's about building connections and understanding each other better.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I already have extensive experience in childcare. I have worked as a homework supervisor, looked after my younger cousin, and spent three months as an au pair in Tenerife.

Living abroad and becoming part of a new family strengthened not only my language skills but also my adaptability, open-mindedness, and ability to compromise. It taught me how to quickly adjust to new environments, communicate with people from different backgrounds, and take responsibility in everyday life.

Alongside my studies, I work as a student assistant in teaching at my university. This role has strengthened my communication and organizational skills and has taught me how to explain ideas clearly, support others in their learning, and work responsibly in an academic environment.

In addition, I have worked in logistics and production, where I learned the importance of reliability, teamwork, and staying organized even during busy periods. These jobs also showed me that I'm not afraid of physical work and that I enjoy being hands-on and contributing wherever I'm needed.

Thanks to my creative hobbies, I have a good eye for aesthetics and enjoy bringing creativity into everyday tasks. I also love cooking and baking, especially sourdough bread, and I'm always happy to help in the kitchen.
