Hiya!

I’m a super happy, positive person who loves meeting new people and exploring new places. I believe in treating others—and the places I stay—the way I’d like to be treated myself. I’m a huge animal lover, and I like to keep busy, always ready to take initiative when needed. I also adore nature and camping!

Back home, I work as a private chef for individual clients (check out some photos of my food!). When festival season arrives, I swap the home kitchen for the field kitchen, working mainly in crew catering, kitchen management, or as a food stage manager at various Music/Food/BBQ Festivals around Ireland and in London.

I absolutely love working in the field and don’t mind getting my hands dirty. I’ve also been part of decor teams for many festivals, creating all kinds of artwork and signage—some of which you can see in my photos.

Travel is my passion, and I’d love to wander every corner of the Earth. If you welcome me into your space, I’ll be endlessly grateful, respectful, and full of energy!

I’m excited to meet like-minded people, learn new skills, and improve my Spanish. As a self-taught chef, I’m always up for sharing what I know—and learning new tricks in the kitchen, too. I can host Supper Clubs, Cooking Classes, cooking for the Fam, Batch cook.

I have a plan for the future and will eventually be hosting workaways in the beautiful Mexican Mountains. I would love to make life long friends and some day return the favour and have you stay in my beautiful future haven!

I love to forage and walk in nature. I adore dogs and all animals so happy to walk, hang out with, groom.
