  Hello, My name is Luis Lesano I am a professional in the Tourism and Hospitality area, I currently hold the position of Administrator, we are focused on responsible tourism, eco tourism, we have agricultural gardens, farms where we take care of animals and we also dedicate ourselves to livestock. We are located in Ecuador, Tungurahua province , between Baños and Patate. I am looking for a help only at one project
  
  Hola, Mi nombre es Luis Lesano soy profesional en el área de Turismo y Hotelería, actualmente desempeño el cargo de Administrador en una Hacienda y dos hosterías turísticas, las tres empresas están enfocadas al Turismo responsable, eco turismo, contamos con huertas agrícolas, granjas donde cuidamos animales y tambien nos dedicamos a la ganadería. Estamos ubicados en Ecuador, provincia del Tungurahua, entre Baños y Salasaca.

  Aprender nuestra cultura, idioma y tradiciones, en el caso de Salasaca los tejidos con lana de borrego, nuestras costumbres y festividades, aprender el idioma español nuestra gastronomía típica y obtener nuevas experiencias en el cuidado de animales y los jardines acologicos.
  Aprender del manejo del área Turística y Hotelera y especialmente en atención al cliente.
  Conocer lugares turiticos de la zona y tambien del pais Ecuador

  We are looking for persons with a spirit of collaboration with new ideas for tourism projects and for all areas, who live the experience from caring for animals and ecologic gardens, It is important to clarify that the volunteers will not prepare or serve meals to paying customers, but for them to live a beautiful experience they will prepare local and traditional food for themselves, in order to know the culture much better.
  It is important that they master the English language, in case they do not speak Spanish there is no problem they can learn with us.
  The volunteers can help us with the following:
  Care of farm animals.
  Care in the garden where we produce organic products.
  Contribute with new ideas for ecotourism and rural projects.
  Beware of the garden of plants and flowers.
  we look for the possibility that the volunteers teach the English language to the children of the hotel workers, since the rural schools do not teach that language. It is important to mention that this is not essential, I put it only to see if it was possible.
  Help with the maintenance area if there is someone who has the knowledge of:
  Masonry, plumbing, electricity. (not indispensable).

If you have knowledge in gastronomy much better although it is not essential.   Buscamos personas con espíritu de colaboración con ideas nuevas para los proyectos turísticos y para todas las áreas, que vivan la experiencia desde cuidar animales y jardínes ecológicos hasta atender a huéspedes del hotel. Si tiene conocimientos en gastronomía mucho mejor aunque no es indispensable. Es importante que dominen el idioma ingles, en el caso que no hablen español no hay problema pueden aprender con nosotros.

  The place where they are staying is very quiet and very safe, surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes, very beautiful views, the rooms are very comfortable with private bathroom and WIFI, they will have good food.

  El lugar donde se hospedaran es muy tranquilo y muy seguro, rodeado de naturaleza y lindos paisajes, vistas muy hermosas, las habitaciones son muy comodas con baño privado y WIFI, tendrán buena alimentación.
