Description
Hey there! I'm Daniel, nice to e-meet you! I am half Indonesian and half New Zealander, I've currently set my roots in the Netherlands, navigating the world of electrical engineering by day.
My upbringing in the picturesque Queenstown, New Zealand has instilled in me an insatiable thirst for the great outdoors. I find myself yearning for that connection with nature, hence my quest to find a proxy to that here.
During my downtime, you'll often find me reading or honing my somewhat neglected trumpet and piano skills. While I used to be an avid runner, the post-COVID era has seen a shift, but fear not, I'll get back to it.
Oh, and I like dogs!

English is my mother tongue, so I can definitely help with it. However, I am also conversant in Maori (native NZ people language) and Indonesian (one of my parents' languages), though it is not as good as my English, I can still help with this too.I used to live in Sweden, so I can get a way with basic conversation in Swedish - it is a bit rusty now but I want to brush it up again. And now that I live in the Netherlands, I am picking up Dutch (I can get by in the supermarkets or restaurants, that's the level I am at).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
1. English is my mother tongue, so I can definitely help with this (if needed).
2. I used to help my dad with cutting firewoods (I haven't done this in the past decade but I think I can get back to it rather quickly).
3. I have done quite some home improvement projects (light fixtures, kitchen tiling, etc.) - I am not saying that I am great at it, but I can get it done. :-)
4. I like plants (I am only doing indoor plants now as I live in an apartment), but I can help with gardening (or just cleaning up the surroundings in general).
5. I may or may not have forgotten other skills I have, but these four are the main ones that popped out of my head.
