cooking : 10 years working in restaurants
gardening : not as much as I would like ,I grow up in a house with a big garden so I had to mow the lawn ,rake the leaves, water the plants for so many years and to tell you the truth I never liked it because it does not bring anything to the table .but in the past 10/15 years I start getting excited to wanted to learn about permaculture, food
forest,fukuoka method ,off grid sustainable way of living.
