🧘♀️ We’re looking for a Yoga Teacher!
Join our volunteer team and share the gift of yoga with our guests in both English and Spanish.
You’ll help create meaningful experiences by leading yoga sessions, connecting with travelers, and bringing positive energy into our mountain hostel.
Beyond yoga, you’ll also interact with guests, promote our activities, and help make their stay truly unforgettable
If you want to experience life in the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking nature, this is the place for you. We are looking for outgoing, positive, and energetic people who enjoy sharing, connecting, and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Minimum stay: 15 days

Bed in a shared volunteer dorm
- 3 meals per day on ON days
- (Vegetarian or with animal protein options)
- Free nights in dorms at partner hostels (subject to availability)

Being in the Sierra Nevada offers you endless possibilities.
We are located inside a beautiful coffee farm, where you can visit nearby farms and learn about the coffeemaking process, enjoy hikes through the mountains, and discover stunning waterfalls around the area
Volunteers are always welcome to join all hostel activities such as nature walks, guided tours, bird watching, and more.
In your days off, you can also explore the Caribbean coast , Santa Marta beaches, Palomino, Tayrona Park, and many other amazing destinations 🏝️
And of course, one of the highlights of your stay: our breathtaking sunsets over the mountains, the perfect moment to relax and connect with nature 🌅

This is such a beautiful place set on the side of a mountain in the Sierra Nevada. I spent 2 beautiful months in the hostel helping in the restaurant. Felt grateful everyday there, surrounded by nature, delicious healthy food, super nice people, yoga class, swimming pool, birds around, and the cake oh my god it’s so good!
