Holà !
Me llamo Célia, tengo 26 años, vivo en Francia y soy ingeniera agrónoma. Quiero hacer un voluntariado en julio, y luego volver a salir a partir de septiembre hasta enero o febrero.
Actualmente, me he propuesto el reto de aprender un nuevo idioma: ¡el español! Empecé hace algunos meses con la ayuda de una excelente profesora en línea, pero ahora quiero dar un paso más con una inmersión total. Mientras tanto, hablo muy bien inglés, así que no hay problema para comunicarme o entender las tareas que haya que hacer.
Ya he probado varias formas de viajar: WWOOFing (en Canadá), Workaway (en Boston) e incluso house/pet sitting (en Nueva York). Me encantaron esas experiencias y quiero repetir, esta vez viajando en mi furgoneta. Hace dos años la transformé completamente yo misma a partir de un vehículo utilitario. Estaba esperando terminar mis estudios para poder viajar durante más tiempo.
Ahora quiero descubrir España y recorrer el país con calma durante varios meses, parando en lugares agradables para disfrutar de cada región, conocer gente y practicar el idioma. ¡Si puedo tener las manos en la tierra o usar un taladro, aún mejor!
Ya he trabajado en distintas granjas, especialmente en horticultura, permacultura, agricultura ecológica o con otros métodos de filosofías similares. Idealmente, busco descubrir sistemas agrícolas diversos, con varios tipos de actividades. También tengo experiencia en bricolaje (fontanería, carpintería, electricidad) gracias a la transformación de mi furgoneta.

My name is Célia, I’m 26 years old, I live in France and I’m an agricultural engineer. I’m looking to volunteer in July, and again from September until January or February.
I’ve recently set myself the challenge of learning a new language: Spanish! I started a few months ago with the help of a great online teacher, but now I’d like to take it to the next level through full immersion. In the meantime, I speak English fluently, so communication won’t be a problem.
I’ve tried several ways of traveling: WWOOFing in Canada, Workaway in Boston, and even house/pet sitting in New York. I loved those experiences and I’d love to do it again — this time while traveling in my van. I converted it myself two years ago from a utility vehicle, and I’ve been waiting for the end of my studies to go on longer trips.
Now I’m excited to discover Spain, traveling slowly through the country over several months, stopping in interesting places to enjoy each region, meet people, and practice the language. If I can get my hands in the soil or with a drill, even better!
I’ve already worked on different types of farms — vegetable, permaculture, organic, and others with similar philosophies. Ideally, I’d love to discover diverse agricultural systems with multiple activities. I also have DIY experience (plumbing, carpentry, electricity) with the conversion of my van.

Je m'appelle Célia, j'ai 26 ans, je vis en France et je suis ingénieure agronome. Je souhaite faire du bénévolat en juillet, puis repartir à partir de septembre jusqu’en janvier ou février.
Aujourd'hui, je me lance le défi d'apprendre une nouvelle langue : l'espagnol ! Cela fait quelques mois que j'ai commencé, accompagnée par une super prof en ligne, mais j’ai envie de passer à la vitesse supérieure grâce à une immersion totale. En attendant, je parle très bien anglais, donc pas de souci pour communiquer et comprendre les tâches à effectuer.
J’ai déjà testé plusieurs façons de voyager : le WWOOFing (au Canada), le Workaway (à Boston), et même le house/pet sitting (à New York). J’ai adoré ces expériences et je souhaite les réitérer, cette fois à bord de mon van. Il y a deux ans, je l’ai entièrement aménagé moi-même à partir d’un véhicule utilitaire. J’attendais la fin de mes études pour enfin pouvoir partir sur une plus longue durée.
Je souhaite maintenant découvrir l’Espagne et descendre tranquillement le pays sur plusieurs mois, en m’arrêtant dans des endroits sympas pour prendre le temps de découvrir une région, rencontrer les gens et pratiquer la langue. Si je peux avoir les mains dans la terre ou avec une perceuse, c’est encore mieux !
J’ai déjà travaillé dans différentes fermes, notamment en maraîchage, permaculture, agriculture biologique ou avec d'autres méthodes aux philosophies similaires. Idéalement, je cherche à découvrir des systèmes agricoles diversifiés, avec plusieurs ateliers. J'ai aussi une expérience de bricolage (plomberie, menuiserie, électricité) avec l'aménagement de mon van.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Soy una persona polivalente, resolutiva y curiosa, con buena capacidad para adaptarme a diferentes entornos y tipos de tareas.
He trabajado en el campo como empleada agrícola, sobre todo en horticultura, y también un poco en ganadería. Me gusta mucho el trabajo al aire libre y con las manos. También tengo carné de conducir, así que puedo desplazarme fácilmente. También sé montar a caballo.
Ya me he encargado de casas y animales domésticos en varias ocasiones. Sé hacer muchas tareas del día a día: limpieza, orden, cocina, pequeñas reparaciones… Me encanta hacer bricolaje, pintar, construir, coser — en general, crear con mis manos.
He trabajado en mercados locales, una experiencia que disfruté mucho porque me gusta estar en contacto con la gente, conversar y compartir momentos simples.
Como ingeniera agrónoma, he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar en temas variados como los cereales, las semillas, la biodiversidad o la calidad de los alimentos. También he dado algunas clases para compartir estos conocimientos — una experiencia que me gustó mucho.

I’m a versatile, resourceful, and curious person, with a good ability to adapt to different environments and types of tasks.
I’ve worked in the field as a farm worker, mainly in vegetable growing, but also a bit in animal care. I really enjoy working outdoors and with my hands. I also have a driving license, which makes it easy for me to move around. I also know how to horseriding.
I’ve taken care of homes and pets several times. I’m comfortable with many everyday tasks like cleaning, organizing, cooking, and small repairs. I also love DIY projects — painting, building, sewing — I enjoy creating things with my hands.
I’ve worked at local markets too, which I really enjoyed because I love being around people, having conversations, and sharing simple moments.
As an agricultural engineer, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of topics such as cereals, seeds, biodiversity, and food quality. I’ve also taught a few classes to share this knowledge — something I really enjoyed.
