Hello! I am from Wisconsin, USA. I am leaving full time remote employment in cancer research to travel for a little bit and gain some new experiences. I have been working full time for the past four years, and have only had a few weeks here and there to travel (visit my husband who was studying in the UK). I am looking to potentially change careers and do something in education that is more directly impactful, hopefully with kids! I really enjoy Spanish music and dancing (even though I am not very good at it). I am looking forward to improving my Spanish during my travels!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I am getting my TEFL certification to teach English while in Peru (Feb-Mar 2025). I have been tutoring a student in the US for 3 years now, helping him improve his language through conversation as well as helping him study for his GED (high school equivalent). My profession was in coding/data analysis, so I have those skills as well. I like to do DIY projects in houses (painting/refinishing furniture), though I have only done a few.
