  Description

  Update:
  After six months of experience, I’ve noticed that applicants sometimes cancel at the last moment or change their plans. Of course, that freedom is absolutely understandable – but I’ve decided to adjust my program a little to make better use of my time and energy.
  
  From now on, I’m happy to welcome volunteers if a place is currently available, who are already on Tenerife and open to a personal meeting in person before we start.
  
  What I offer: a comfortable private room, a home in the beautiful Anaga paradise, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. For those who are reliable and adaptable, I’m also happy to offer extra payment if you’re willing to help beyond the agreed 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
  
  Please understand that I cannot respond to requests for the distant future – I prefer to focus on people who are already here and ready to start soon.
  
  Spanish Speaker is a big Plus.
  
  I’m living on a small, beautiful finca in Chamorga, a remote village in the heart of the UNESCO Anaga Biosphere Reserve on Tenerife. I live along with a few animals, some organic farming, and a peaceful guest space for nature lovers.
  
  This place is truly special – surrounded by mountains, forests, and silence. No traffic, no noise, just the sounds of birds, wind, and nature. From here, you can explore some of the most stunning hiking trails on the island.
  
  I’m looking for someone who can help me about 5 days a week, so I can take care of logistics and administrative things. The rest of the week is yours to relax, explore, or just enjoy the natural surroundings.
  
  What kind of help?

  Staying here offers a unique opportunity to experience the traditional Canarian way of life in one of the most remote and untouched parts of Tenerife. You’ll learn about local agriculture, how to live off the land, and how we maintain a simple, sustainable lifestyle surrounded by nature.
  
  You’ll also get a glimpse into rural hospitality on the island, and how we host guests who come for peace, hiking, and authentic connection with the environment.
  
  We can share stories, meals, and language – I speak Spanish, German , English ,Romanian, so there's also room for language exchange, cooking together, or simply enjoying quiet evenings after a day outside.
  
  This is a great place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and discover a different rhythm of life, far from the tourist areas.

  Aide

  Farming & Gardening: Help with planting, harvesting, watering, weeding, composting, and general care of the garden and small crops.
  Animal Care: Feeding and caring for chickens and 2 beautiful Cats Ella and Hugo
  Organizational Support: Helping with logistics, planning, small repairs, and keeping things running smoothly around the finca.
  Take care of my house in the days I am not here.

  You’ll have a beautiful double room with a private bathroom outside of the room – perfect for relaxing after a day in nature.
  If you have friends visiting during your stay, that’s also possible with a little planning – I’m happy to discuss it!

  From my little casita, you can start some of the most beautiful hikes in the Anaga mountains.
  Just 3 km away, there’s a wild and stunning beach near Roque de Bermejo – perfect for a little adventure.
  There’s a local bus to Santa Cruz 3 times a day, and even 4 times on weekends.
