Hey there! My name is Alex and I come from a background in youth-based outdoor education and environmental studies. I am passionate about the environment and furthering opportunities for everyone to get outside. New foods, languages, communities, and cultures all bring me a lot of joy and are an essential part of traveling for me. I love to learn and come into any new space with an open mind and desire to work hard :)

I would love to help teach you, family members, friends, or anyone! It is great practice for me and something I enjoy sharing. Likewise, I would like to learn as much of the local language as I am able in the time I have. Even just basic interactions, not in English, are very meaningful to me. If you can bear with me I am eager to learn.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a lot of experience with outdoor work, through volunteering and classes on sustainable farms, as well as three years working in outdoor education. This has lent me skills in teaching and adaptability to wear any number of different hats. Happy doing anything from heavy lifting to weeding and love getting my hands dirty. I believe myself to be a quick learner and am excited to learn any new skills! I am also a hobbyist photographer who would love to help with any kind of photo project and an avid cook/baker who is up for food prepping anytime.
