I am always looking forward to meet new people from different countries and learn about their way of life and culture.
I love being creative - so I'm always looking for projects where I can bring in my creativity!🎨
Apart from that I really enjoy workaways which involve children or animals.🐴🐾🎈
Moreover nature is important to me so I would be always happy to work in sustainable and imaginative projects!🌱

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I am interested in many different subjects so I'm always up to learn new things.
⭒ My very first workaway in France included gardening and painting jobs and also taking care of the animals. I really enjoyed that!
⭒ I also volunteered in 2 Hostels, did the reception work, nightshifts and cleaning.
⭒ In the Caribbean I worked on an organic farm: took care of the plant beds, did a lot of weeding transplanted seedlings in the plant-nursery. Other tasks included harvesting, weighing, sorting and packing the local products.
⭒ Another Workaway in the Caribbean included renovating & painting the inside and outside of a house and glazing the terrace.
⭒ I like to work with children, play or cook with them, teach them new things, drive them to school/to their hobbies,...
(I have three younger siblings and a lot of cousins. I did an internship in a kindergarten and some other projects with kids.) In French Polynesia I was working as a nanny on a sailboat (besides being crew) and took care of two children (girl 1y/o & boy 3y/o).
After that I was nanny/crew on a different sailing vessel (girl 10y/o & boy 7y/o) for about 3 months. (I can also provide references :))
In Sumatra (Indonesia) I thought teenagers English at the local school and also got involved with the local community and played with the kids in the village.
⭒ In addition to that I am also experienced in dealing with animals & pets. At home we have sheeps, cats, rabbits, a dog and I used to ride horses a lot. I am very patient, reliable and considerate and I love to take care of them.
I did a Workaway in Australia in a horse sanctuary for Brumbies (rescued wild horses).
In Malaysia I was dogsitting two Golden Retrievers with special needs.
⭒ Before I started travelling I worked in a restaurant on weekends.
Working as a waitress taught me a lot. You have to deal with a wide variety of people there. Which also means that I can deal with stress and people with special requests. Sometimes you have to coordinate many things at the same time and be very quick, but I always remain calm and friendly.
⭒ I love arts and crafts.
Whether it's digital or print media, photo or video editing, liberal arts, handcrafts or design - I love to be creative! I did 2 internships in advertising and print companies.

Ever since I got my driver's license, I really enjoy driving, even longer distances. -
