Description
Passionate about the outdoors, trekking, trail running. Lived my whole life in Budapest. Trying to look for something different, connect with nature and with like-minded people in my daily life as well, not just when I'm off work.
Passionate about cooking. Really looking forward to expand my culinary skills and experiences. Interested in fermentation practices. In the future I would like to learn about foraging.

Last 6 years I've been working in the foodservice industry. I ran my own little fish&chips business for 4 years. I'm very confident to work in professional kitchens. Passionately learning about fermentation techniques.
On my previous Workaway experiences I learned how to care for sheep in lambing season. Assisted lambs who needed bottle feeding. Learned to handle some tools to maintain and make basic improvement on a stable. I did fencing work around huge fields on steep alpine meadows.
