Actuellement, je suis

Description

I am looking for opportunities to explore and expand myself and grow through meeting new people, ideas and experiences. I am interested in meditation, yoga and spirituality and am most closely aligned with Bhuddist practises. I personally enjoy being in and engaging with nature. I love swimming in the sea regularly, I like taking walks and hikes and I share an allotment with my girlfriend. My mother is an avid gardener and this has brushed off onto me. I have recently volunteered helping to set up tipis and yurts at the Into the Wild festival. The idea of having my own eco / tiny / off-grid home or homestead is really exciting so I would be very interested in learning about it. I want to try and live an intentional life and try to really understand and actively engage with what it means to be a conscious human in this crazy universe!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Gardening - I usually enjoy more broad maintenance, keeping the more enthusiastic plants in check, in the wooded around my house. I find that watering and tending to plants can be a very mindful and meditative experience.
Basic DIY - I used to do carpentry and metal work at school so have a beginners to intermediate level of knowledge I would like to expand.
Computer skills - I have worked in tech based jobs in the past and have an interest in coding so I can help with most computer related questions.

Intellectually, I have broad interests in science, maths, astronomy and economics. I love having a a deep dive into philosophical ideas if the conversation heads that way. I used to be a competitive swimmer growing up and used to teach children and adults. I like to play the occasional board game (Settlers of Catan is a favourite) and I have a beginners experience in learning the Piano.
