Hello, everyone!
I've been roaming across Europe, Central Asia, and South-East Asia, collecting stories, getting lost in new cities. Throughout the journey, I only had one volunteering experience in a hostel in Malaysia; it was one of the best experiences of my life! I'd like to have more of a slower travel experience and try new things, acquire new skills.
I’m a writer by trade. I love being in creative environments, meeting new people.
I like to stay in one place for a while - I want to actually live somewhere, not just pass through. So if you need someone who's fun, adaptable, a little chaotic in the best way, and has perfected the art of navigating foreign grocery stores with zero language skills, I'm your person.

I'm an award-winning filmmaker, and I've studied film-making at university, so I know my way around the shooting process.
Cooking & Baking
Pretty good around Turkish, Sephardi, and Balkan cuisine (can even make my own yogurt), and also can cook vegan foods, know how to make almond or oatmeal milk etc (I have close vegan friends and even made vegan pizza for them)
Handcrafts
Although I may not be the best when it comes to using my hands, I think I'm moderately good at hand-sewing, embroidery, painting, making jewellery, needlework etc. and I would love to learn more/get better at any handcraft!

The gallery is such an inspiring environment, with a constant influx of creative people!
The work mostly feels like working at a chill coffee shop tbf. And I did learn more German than I thought I would!! (well still my best sentence remains; ein bier ist kein bier haha)
