Description

My favourite thing about traveling is trying new food and it is best if sharing with someone. Showing hospitality and learning about how different cultures display hospitality is why I love traveling and hosting people from different countries. Ever since I was a small child my parents opened our home to many people from around the world. This way, even though we didn't travel much, I got to meet people from all around the world. As soon as I was legally old enough I started travelling on my own. I have solo travelled over 25 countries and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. Nature, sun and good food are my key to happiness. Meeting new people, going on adventures and making deep connections are what makes a place stay in my heart forever.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a certified travel agent. I have knowledge in customer service and some online marketing. I have 8 years experience working in restaurants, pubs and at events (music festivals, trade shows, fairs). I have volunteered on farms, at hostels, social projects, dog shelters and small businesses. For example have I helped a family in Cambodia to build a successful business with their restaurant and bungalows. Another time I volunteered in a hostel for 2 months organising the social events for the guests.
I am a fast learner and am able to pick up new skills quickly. I have a hands-on mentality and am not afraid of heavy work. I know how to use power tools. I enjoy cooking for other people and I have experience cooking for larger crowds (up to 30 people).
I am empathetic and sensible with all humans and animals. I used to have a pony and different pets.

I love going on walks and hikes to explore any area I am in. I like to do arts: drawing, painting, jewellery and other creative projects. My favourite way to spend an evening is probably with some kind of game: card games, board games or dice games. My travel essential are a pack of cards and 5 dice.
