Aloha!
I've gone by the name Akasha Lotus for 20 years and that is the name that I prefer. I'm a self-published author who was born and raised in Chicago, IL, but I've been on a nomadic journey since 2016. Although writing is my most beloved passion, I’ve always had an affinity for traveling, meeting new people, and exploring the unknown—so that is the fire that sparked this adventure.
A huge life transition caused me to reevaluate what's most important to me and what truly makes me happy, and the one thing that makes me radiate from the inside out is being able to explore different lands while making a contribution of my time, energy, and skills. I believe in using one's gifts before they expire and there is no better way to do that than volunteering.
I don't know where this journey is going to take me, but I look forward to sharing it people who are just passionate about doing the things they love for living as I am.
