Hey you :)
My name is Theresa and I'm a 25-year-old young woman originally from the north of Germany.
I've always enjoyed connecting with people from different countries to learn about their culture. Intercultural communication became a passion of mine especially after having finished school. I've since spent one year living and working in Ireland on a small rural farm and spent two semesters abroad during my studies (Translation working with the languages English and French), one in France and one in Finland.
Spending time in nature always calms me and brings me happiness, so does doing sports, being creative or reading.

Languages have always been a passion of mine as they are a key part in communication between people from different cultural backgrounds. I studied translation which means I have profound English and French skills. I'm also happy to teach some German.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

During my stay in Ireland I worked on a farm being responsible for the animals and helping in the garden where vegetables and fruit were grown which means I have basic knowledge in these areas.
During the past four years I've also gotten into cooking and I enjoy trying new recipes from all over the world.
I've lived with a host family before and have spent some years in a shared flat. I always make sure to leave everything tidy so the next person to enter common areas feels comfortable using them.

Music is a huge part of my life. I play the violin and enjoy attending concerts from time to time.
