Description

I'm a 28 year old wilderness guide from California. As a professional I mostly guide people on fly fishing and backcountry horse trips during the summer months. My main interest recently has been learning about permaculture in order to eventually start my own off grid homestead.

I studied architecture for two years but decided to live a more outdoor based lifestyle. For the last 7 years I’ve worked seasonal jobs. when it's the 'off season' I try to learn and travel as much as I can on a backpacker budget. In terms of skills my primary job is focused on horsemanship, customer interaction, and wilderness skills, also I have worked in various aspects of agriculture, machine shops, and carpentry. I always enjoy exploring new places and ideas!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Mostly I work with clients that want to fish or ride horses in a wilderness setting, so that pretty much involves being friendly and easygoing, but also knowing how to deal with certain emergencies. Also I've worked a variety of jobs involving manual labor including: ranchhand, motorcycle mechanic, vineyard hand, furniture design apprentice, shepherd, mule packer, among other random things.
