We are two 22-year-old girls with a great passion for travel and nature. We are excited to discover new cultures, immerse ourselves in local traditions, and connect with people from all over the world. Curious and adventurous, we are always ready to step out of our comfort zone, learn new skills, and share authentic experiences. For us, Workaway is a unique opportunity to grow, explore, and leave a little piece of ourselves in the places we visit along the way!

I’m always eager to learn and improve my language skills. As a native Italian speaker, I speak English fluently and have a good grasp of Spanish. I would love to keep improving my Spanish and, at the same time, help others practice and learn Italian. Language exchange is a great way to connect with people and immerse ourselves in different cultures!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We are two passionate travelers, always seeking new adventures and cultural exchanges around the world. What motivates us the most is the desire to connect with people, discover their traditions, and immerse ourselves in authentic experiences that enrich us both personally and professionally. We believe that traveling is not just about exploration but also about growth, sharing, and broadening our perspectives.

Currently, we are fourth-year Medical students, a path that has taught us discipline, empathy, and adaptability. Beyond our studies, we have many passions: we love photography, cooking, and art, with a particular interest in sculpture. Capturing moments with a camera allows us to tell our stories through images, while experimenting with new recipes is our way of connecting with different cultures. Art, on the other hand, fascinates us because it embodies the history and identity of every place we visit.

We also have experience working with children, as we have been babysitters for two years. This has taught us patience, creativity, and management skills. Additionally, we both deeply love animals—we each have a dog, and one of us has been working as a dog sitter for over a year and a half. The idea of caring for animals during a Workaway experience excites us, just as much as the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the daily life of a local community.

Despite our young age, we consider ourselves responsible, flexible, and curious individuals. We have been fortunate to travel to several countries (India, Thailand, Mexico, Oman, Tanzania...) and take part in medical volunteer projects in India and Tanzania. These experiences have given us a broader perspective on the world and strengthened our ability to adapt to new environments.

We are excited to embark on new adventures with Workaway, contribute meaningfully to the projects that welcome us, and, at the same time, learn from others. We can't wait to explore new places, meet incredible people, and create unforgettable experiences that will enrich our journey!
