Hi, I'm Sue and I'm from the UK.
I'm a curious soul and lifelong learner who sees every place, person, and experience as a mirror to my inner world. For me, volunteering is not just about giving — it's about connecting, growing, and learning through meaningful exchanges.
With a background in architecture and experience working in an architectural firm, I bring a creative eye that is useful in both design and practical projects. I’m also an experienced English teacher, so I love helping others learn and communicate, whether it’s through structured lessons or casual conversations.
My heart is drawn to different cultures, *nature*, animals ( I'm a cat mum :) ), children, and the richness of everyday life. I enjoy diving into local traditions, listening to stories, and understanding what makes each place unique. I'm also a passionate casual photographer, always chasing light and capturing the quiet beauty in moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
I’m deeply interested in spirituality and personal growth, and I believe that every encounter — whether with a child, an animal, a forest, or a fellow traveller — offers a reflection and an opportunity to grow. I live with a sense of presence and gratitude, seeking to leave every place a little brighter than I found it.

I studied architectural technology (BSc.) and urban design (MA) at university.
I have experience working in an architecture firm and also teaching English. I also have experience working for charity organisations.
I have a passion for interior design and art in general and I enjoy horse-riding as a hobby.
