Description

My name is Sophia and I am currently taking a break from work life as a physiotherapist in Germany. I have decided to come to Sri Lanka for a few months to live more slowly.

I'm a yoga teacher and can offer classes here but I'd also like to try some new things, especially working outside either with plants or animals!
Looking back to my last travels 8 years ago I've realized I'm much more looking for a project or some place to stay for a while to settle and get familiar with the people, than to go for sightseeing.

I'm passionate about the mountains, trailrunning, acroyoga, cooking, deep talks and silence.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As I have worked in a few restaurants and on a campsite before I'd say I'm doing quite well with cleaning, housekeeping etc., and cooking which I enjoy a lot. Apart from that I am a fit person and wouldn't mind to do physically difficult work. I'd love to learn more about foodgrowing, especially considering the environment. What I am probably best at is work with customers.
