Hello! I'm in the south of Spain now. Deciding where to spent the winter... A warm place, where I can share my skills, write and walk.

Description

Hi! My name is Shaina. Peace is what I am.
Don't hesitate to contact me!
I love calm and excitement, forest and seaside, MOUNTAINs. I worked as a primary school teacher, specialized in forest schooling. I love handcraft (macrame,crochet, mandala drawing), dancing, climbing, gardening, hiking, long talks, animal flow but also me time and traveling. I have a thing for Maori culture, I play poi!
I dance (fire)poi, salsa and bachata. You will see me writing every day, that's my big passion.

In the upcoming year my mission is to find places where:

* I can contribute to all communication processes. To bring peaceful conversation and more mutual understanding. This I do with the means of NVC, sociocracy and facilitating efficiënt and effective sharing circles. I can introduce you or help you go further with these instruments for collective intelligence.

* I can contribute to organising or setting up dance events. Bio-danza, estatic dance, Latin Dance but also flow arts, poi, darts, hoop, fans etc.

* I can facilitate guided meditations randomly or give a 10 day to a month course.

* I can contribute to all gardening tasks.

* I can contribute to all daily tasks, like cleaning and harmonizing spaces. Cooking isn't part of that. I rather clean, organise, harmonize then cook.

* I love to spent time with kids, especially from age of 5 yrs and up but I wouldn't like to help out as a nanny. I love unstructured play and also giving art workshops for kids.

The more I can share of my passions in my time together with you the happier I am. I really love to help and support projects that are making the world a better place.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Shaina:
I am a self-directed learner with a gift for transferring knowledge. All the skills that I have mastered, usually to intermediate or advanced level, I can teach in depth about on basic level. Here is a list of things I can contribute with:
Teaching:
-English
-Dutch
-Dances: modern poi, salsa, bachata
-NVC (non-violent communication)
-Sociocracy
-Painting: watercolour and acryl
-Macrama
-Crochet
-Mandala drawing
All these subjects I can teach in a course or in a simple fun experience way to individuals or in groups.

I can also facilitate sociocratic circles, NVC conversations and coach on the Immunity X-ray. I truly believe these are communication techniques that change the world and our interpersonal interactions.

In the household I love to iron, wash, hang clothes, assist in preparation for meals, organize and tidy closets/ rooms.
Outdoor, I really love to have my hands in the earth and chop wood. I can't do heavy lifting.

Shaina:

I'm tidy and disciplined, sometimes a bit to serious. But it's very easy to get me out of that mood with a hug, a smile or a joke. I love to laugh.

I dream to get some sailing, surfing, climbing (via ferrata) experience.

Dancing is important for me. Without dancing I can't feel alive! I can teach latin dances, salsa and bachata but also poi dance. I also love to facilitate guided meditations. I'm really fond of communication processes as sociocracy and Non violent communication. Peaceful communication is very important for me.
