My name is Sebastian from Germany!

I'm incredibly excited to explore, meet and share wonderful experiences with amazing people. I'm looking for something more mid to long-term where I can learn, grow skills and share my gifts.

My purpose is to help people come into the new earth and be a part of the changing world.

I’m a good worker especially with other and I always have an open ear. I'm very precise and conscientious about what I do and I like to do things neatly. I know a lot about, healthy food, healthy lifestyle, enjoy being helpful, meditation, setting goals, sending good vibes!

I am very connected to nature and prefer to go hiking in the mountains, swimming or jogging in the forest, at least always in the fresh air and barefoot!
I am an open minded, cheerful guy who always brings a smile with a positive attitude to life!
And also I like to expand my comfort zone!

It's my first time with Workaway, in Mexico, where I am looking for a host were I can learn the basics of Spanish (starting from zero). After a half year in Mexico I will be hitchhiking to Paraguay.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Personal Development: I have spent many years studying healthy living of mind body and soul. Some practices I do are fasting, conscious eating, positive thinking, regularly exercising, NLP and tapping techniques.

Meditation: Is a big part of my life and includes breathing techniques, clear communication, authentic listening and my own movement/yoga practices.

General Minor Repairs: Experience as a Industry Mechanic and have some knowledge on maintenance and repairs. Especially related to hardware and parts.

Gardening: Starting my journey with permaculture and gardening. Have some experience with nature, planting, using machines and camping. I have experience in Australia working with the organic farm Wwoofing.

Loving Heart: I bring light, love and warmth everywhere I go. It is my joy to share happiness and smiles :)
