Saargol >>
I always like to introduce myself as an artist. Being an artist for me is more than just a job. One of the first memories that I have as a child is sitting in peace and painting for many hours.
I think art has shaped my personality in a way that nothing else could have. From art I’ve learned to be patient, to observe my surroundings and pay attention to details, to live in the moment.
Traveling to new places and meeting new people gives me the opportunity to get deeper in life, and the more I hang out with new people the more it makes sense to me that us as humans are all the same and we all have the same root no matter where we’re coming from or what language we speak. Every time I go to a new place or I see a new person I get to know myself a little bit more.
And that’s actually why I travel.

My journey is divided into two parts. One is before covid-19 and the other one comes after that. Before Covid-19 I was a workaholic who was working +14 hours a day for almost 10 years. But COVID-19 changed the game. Actually, the pandemic gave me an opportunity to stop, look back, and reconsider my life purpose. So I left my job, quit smoking, started to travel around Iran by bike for almost 1 year, and changed my whole point of view about life. My main purpose in life is to experience as much as I can as deeply as possible.

We have cycled around Iran for like a year.
