There's so much world to see, and never feels like enough time to see it all! In between times on my parent's farm in Canada I love to travel to new places to learn, experience new things, and invest in relationships with the people I meet. I am an aspiring writer who enjoys hard work and meaningful connections.

I'm a quick learner, and always eager to learn what I don't know! I have worked housekeeping and front desk at a hotel, so I'm comfortable with those roles. I have some experience teaching and tutoring, and I love helping others to learn. I'm good at public speaking and writing, and have a pretty good eye for painting - not so much beautiful pictures, but if you need a wall or a fence done, I'm your girl! I love animals and they seem to like me as well - my two cats especially. I used to help my father in our big family garden, so I have some experience gardening. Like I said, I'm eager to learn and always willing to lend a hand in any way I can!

The communication leading up to my arrival was great, and I really appreciate the hard work that's gone into making clear explanations and even video tutorials for arriving, for activities, and even for getting to the various locations such as the school campuses. I spent a wonderful month with Peter and Mayu, enjoying the scenery, the company, and the relaxing environment. Merlo is a great city, with fabulous nature right at your doorstep. I loved the fact that the hostel feels out in the wilderness even though it’s right in town.
