I'm a happy person because that's what I look for in life, joy! Whether it's in someone's smile, in a ray of sunshine, in a child's eyes or in a joke.


Hi and please to meet you, I’m Manon! I am a French girl currently on a nice adventure in Brazil and more… I am an easy-going person who is very curious and loves people. I am always glad to learn about new ways of approaching life, having fun, connecting with the world, including people and myself.

My hobbies are often around music, sports and people. I am a singer, I love music in general and to move my body on some good tracks. I practice yoga and love sports, like bouldering. I like to learn and have fun with people by discussing about life, spirituality, playing games, making jokes, cooking … I am quite open and really enjoy being creative.
I have spent already 5 years abroad to study and work. I have to say I really enjoy the international life. That’s the reason why I have been living in Amsterdam for 2 years. I think it makes me grow and gives me a taste of all parts of the world without moving much.
Time had come for me to grow somewhere else and travel!
After graduating in Management and starting a job in sales, I eventually understood this wasn't the right path for me. I am on a self-awareness journey, trying to open my mind about what I can pursue next and how I can integrate music more at the core of my life.

So Brazil called me.

Thanks to my studies in Lisbon I have been introduced to the Brazilian culture and this never really left me. Mainly thanks to the music (musica e vida) and the language (that I learnt in Portugal).
I arrived in Brazil in February and have been travelling with a few friends. I am now starting my own journey alone and I would like to pursue it with Workaday.


I have been dreaming to use Workaday since my master’s studies. I just love the concept of mutual help and all the opportunities it offers. I am very looking forward to meeting the community. I aim at learning new skills and helping, having fun, getting to know a complete new environment and new people.

In terms of workaway missions I was thinking of integrating an eco/agriculture project, or an artsy project, or teaching a language or taking care of kids. But I remain very flexible and would be also interested in basically any task within a community, play lots of music, connect with people and practice my Portuguese… :) 


Currently heading to Chapada Diamantina, I am really looking for doing physical/outdoor activities and get one more slap in the face by the beauty of nature.
