House sitter welcome in our off-grid finca near Tortosa, Spain

  Description

  We are looking for a house-sitter for 2,5 months starting around 1st of May. Wifi works very well and allows for online work. The house is light and tasteful and sits on 3.7HA of land near Tortosa in Spain. We have our own drinking water which tastes great. The finca is at the end of a dead-end street and there is no trafic noise but still perfectly accessible by car or campervan.
  
  There is 360 degrees of nature around you. Perfect to get away from it all. Neighbors are 100+ meters away and, except for one, all hidden behind a hill. The only house in sight is currently uninhabited. There is a small plunge pool with natural water. You can go to town on a bicycle via a bicycle-only path. Tortosa has a train station with connection to Barcelona. The entire finca is sufficiently fenced so perfect for dogs.

  If you want to experience living in a rural area without being too far from everything, you work online and/or like to help in a vegetable garden then this is defenitly for you.

  We can discuss any things you would like to do on the finca but we really need someone to ensure the orchard irrigation and the vegetable garden is maintained.

  The house is very tasteful, light and great for people who love simplicity and space in a rural environment. There is 360 degrees of nature around you. Perfect to get away from it all. Neighbors are 100+ meters away and, except for one, all hidden behind a hill. The only house in sight is currently uninhabited. Although everything works and there is a natural plunge pool, it is probably not for people who like a luxery villa with aircondition and a big television. There is a living room of 40m2 and two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a double bed each with a bathroom.

  Wifi works very well, it has 50 Mbps. Regular cell phone calls work decently but outside better than inside because of the 50+ centimeter thick walls

  The finca is sufficiently fenced so perfect for dogs. Annebel is however allergic and therefore no dogs are allowed in the sleeping room and if dogs have been inside the living room, it must be cleaned really thoroughly.
