We are a British couple who are travelling for 1 year. We love to travel to new interesting places, meet new people and experience new cultures. We are currently in South east Asia and will be travelling through Latin America in the coming months, so we have been trying to learn Spanish and are really keen to continue improving our Spanish.

I have a BSC degree in Food science and Nutrition and currently on sabbatical from my food product development job in the UK. I am extremely skilled in cooking, food preparation, nutrition and recipe creation. I am certified for food preparation hygiene and safety with the Food Standards Agency in the UK.
Experience summary:
- front of house waitressing / taking bookings at reception
- experience working in retail - cash handling and customer service
- assistant chef for events and restaurant
- barista in cafe, experience making cocktails in bar
- project management (food product development)
- post graduate certificate in Nutrition science
