I am an easy going person, people describe me as someone who brings positive energy. I am always ready to go on an adventure and discover new cultures as well as learn new skills. 🌞
At the moment I am on a big journey: hitchhiking France to south east Asia ! It allows me to understand a little better the world we live in, to be with the locals (usually I stay at there places if I am not camping) and to create relationships.
Through my travels I realize that what comforts me and makes me happy is being able to help society and people. In addition, the environment plays a crucial role in my life (I love living in the nature and all outdoor activities) and I like the idea that in my small way I am contributing to creating a better world 🤗
By being on Workaway I am looking to spend time in nature and connect with people who seem to be in the same state of mind as me as well as contribute to a specific activity - mostly with humans- NGO, hostels, schools,.. Moreover, it allows me to take a break from my journey and recharge my batteries.Centres d’intérêt

I find languages fascinating! It really helps you communicate better and also understand the culture a little better. Having lived in Australia for 4 years, I think I have a pretty good level of English. This experience also taught me how to teach French to people around me. I prefer a more "human" approach than a theoretical one, even though I am aware of the importance of grammar. In every country I travel to I try to learn the language (which is very useful when you are constantly staying with locals and they don't speak English). I have never taught professionally but I am willing to learn and I believe I have the skills to be good at it.Compétences et connaissances que j'aimerais partager ou apprendre

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I lived in Australia for 4 years where I was able to travel all over the country (I lived in my van and in hostels). I did different jobs like housekeeping (in different places like luxury hotel as hostel, offices,..) cafe (as barista and waitress), reception in hotels/hostels, social work with Aboriginal people, some construction jobs,... I am very versatile and I adapt very quickly to a new environment as well as to new tasks. I am used to living in a community and the sense of sharing and human contact is very important to me.
I have a strong sense of empathy and a very good communication (this is my watchword) This allows me to better understand my environment, people and the need and therefore act accordingly.
I think I'm a person who gives my all in what I do.
I am fluent in English and French and have some knowledge about different languages (I pick it up pretty easily thanks to my full immersion into the culture).
I would be really happy to bring my positive attitude, my knowledge and help as much as I can to make your project successful.Âge
