Description

I am an enthusiastic 27 year old lover of travel , looking for new experiences outside of my comfort zone, cultural exchange and making connections with fellow humans.

I enjoy music, the ocean, anything outdoors, adventure and introspection. I enjoy walking, reading and talking into the night.

So far I have loved my workaway experiences that are off grid, or in wild nature. With hosts that can expose me to alternative lifestyles, particularly those focused on sustainability and personal development. Clear communication is a must for me.

I am currently learning Spanish and am very keen to practice. I am also very interested in permaculture, and finding places to learn about it. I have worked as a gardener for 4 years I want to move towards working with nature rather than against it.

What motivates me is knowing I can be of help, being in beautiful places in nature and connecting with new people. I'm excited to keep discovering and growing through the opportunities that arise with workaway!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am an excellent communicator and have good problem solving skills.

I have worked intermittently as a gardener for the past 4 years in the UK, and have helped with plant care on numerous projects around the world.

I love to contribute creatively, to teach and mentor, and in turn to pick up new skills from others. I am a fast learner who will persevere and apply enthusiasm to anything I set my hand to.

I have experience in most hospitality fields including bartending, waitressing, cleaning, housekeeping and admin. I have a degree in English Literature and History, and some experience teaching English.

I have been a singer for 10 years, including singing in choirs and some local performing and love to jam and make music with others. I have some basic guitar skill I'm always trying to improve.
